Deon Ludowyke is a 27-year-old musician who began his musical journey at the age of 5. A former student of St. Benedict’s College, Deon has been playing the violin for over 22 years. He has completed violin exams up to grade 8 with IWMS and Trinity College, consistently achieving the All Island 1st Award in his exams. Additionally, he placed 2nd in the prestigious Musician of the Year competition organized by IWMS.
Beyond his expertise as a violinist, Deon is also a passionate singer. He began singing in 2005 starting with his school choir and evolving into a Tenor singer with occasional solo performances.
Since 2017, Deon has been sharing his musical expertise as a Violin Instructor at the Soul Sounds Academy. With 7 years of teaching experience, his goal is to inspire and nurture the next generation of musicians, helping them reach their fullest potential on their musical journeys.
